Why should I buy from you?

Several reasons

  • We only sell quality products, many of which we use on our many pets.
  • We strive for the keenest prices.
  • We offer prompt despatch and deal with urgent needs if you wish.
  • We do not take orders for out of stock items.
  • We are small so we care!

How can I pay for goods?

You can purchase items online or you can place an order over the phone.

What methods of payment do you accept?

  • We can accept payments by credit/debit card securely online through Paypal.
  • We accept credit/debit card payments over the phone.
  • By previous agreement, we will sometimes accept COD on home deliveries.
  • We do not accept cheques.

I would like to pay online with my credit/debit card

When your shopping basket is full and you have chosen your delivery option, click on the CHECKOUT button and complete the required fields. Then select the button marked 'Pay by debit/credit card' and Paypal will process your order. Cards accepted are displayed on the Home page.

How Long Will My Order Take to Be Delivered?

We aim to dispatch all items promptly within 48 hours, but do not promise next day delivery on any of our orders. We do not take orders for items we do not have in stock, so there should be no delays due to an item being out of stock.

We do not despatch on Saturdays or Sundays.

We use national carriers for all orders outside our home delivery area. See our services page for details of post codes covered by our home delivery service. Smaller deliveries will sometimes be sent by Royal Mail.

Can my order be shipped to another address?

We only ship to other addresses for telephone orders. Please contact us for further details

My Order Has Not Arrived?

We are responsible under the Distance Selling Regulations for all orders reaching our customers safely, with this in mind we will always trace non-deliveries.

The Royal Mail do not consider items lost until 15 working days have passed since the dispatch date! However please let us know if your item does not arrive within 7 working days.

With couriers, we check daily for any non-deliveries. Again let us know if items do not arrive within 7 days.

Waggles Pet Emporium will not accept any responsibility for items that are delayed or lost due to incorrect address details provided by the customer. If a parcel is returned to us undelivered because of failure to collect or rearrange delivery with either the post office or courier, a re-delivery charge is payable to us before we will resend your package.
